6個中學生最易墜英語陷阱
中學生除了要學懂文法外，亦不應只停留在「Grammar Exercise」模式，而是要逐步學懂如何用英文表達完整思想。我們整合了6個中學生最常見的英語陷阱，立即收藏、隨時分享重溫！
1. ❌ 主語、動詞不一致：He/She/It 後面忘記加-s
這是中三仍然非常普遍的錯誤。
❌ She like playing tennis.✅ She likes playing tennis.
❌ My brother don't like football.✅ My brother doesn't like football.
更麻煩的是學生有時知道規則，但遇到 does / does not 就會出錯：
❌ She doesn't likes music.✅ She doesn't like music.
因為 does 已經帶有第三身單數的變化，後面的動詞必須回復原形。
可以教學生一個非常簡單的概念：
一個句子裡，通常只有一個地方負責「第三身單數」。
2.❌ 混淆時態：以為「有時間」就一定懂得用哪個時態
學生經常只記住：
yesterday → 過去式
tomorrow → 未來式
now → 現在進行式
但真正困難的是理解動作與時間的關係。
例如：
❌ I have finished my homework yesterday.✅ I finished my homework yesterday.
因為 yesterday 是一個已經完結的過去時間，不能與 present perfect（現在完成式）直接配合。
另一個常見錯誤：
❌ When I arrived, my mother cooks dinner.✅ When I arrived, my mother was cooking dinner.
3. ❌ 直接把中文句子逐字翻譯成英文
這是香港學生非常典型的問題。
例如：
中文思維：
「我有很多壓力」→ I have many pressure.
正確表達：
✅ I am under a lot of pressure from my parents.
4. ❌ 以為「越長、越深」的句子就代表英文好
學生往往覺得：「句子越長 → 分數越高。」
其實英文寫作更重視：
清晰 + 正確 + 有變化的句式
❌ Although I was very tired and because I had a lot of homework, but I still went to school because I thought that school was very important for my future.
可以拆成：
✅Although I was very tired and had a lot of homework to do, I still went to school. I knew that education was important for my future.
5. ❌ 混淆可數／不可數名詞
學生常常把中文的「資訊、意見、功課、錢」理解成一件一件可以數的東西，這一類錯誤在作文及文法題都非常常見。
❌ many informations✅ a lot of information
❌ many advices✅ a lot of advice
❌ three homeworks✅ three pieces of homework
❌ many money✅ a lot of money
因此：
many + 可數名詞much + 不可數名詞a lot of + 兩者皆可
6. ❌ 以為「背大量生字」就等於英文能力好
例如作文時可能寫：
❌ I was very happy because the examination was finished.
